Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Who we are

Spolu is a platform that connects manufacturing companies in the same supply chain. It is operated by NetSasa, VAT number IT08801610018, reachable at info@spolu.it. Spolu is for businesses only: by registering you declare that you act on behalf of a company and you accept these terms.

2. How we use your data

• We use your data and your company's data only to run Spolu: managing the account, showing the company profile to other registered companies and computing matches.
• We send you the emails needed for the service (confirmations, notices, new matches, subscription). We may also email you about new Spolu features and services similar to those you use: you can object at any time, including via the unsubscribe link in every email.
• We do not sell or hand over your data to third parties. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payments) or when required by law.
• Some company profiles are created from public sources (e.g. industry directories). Any company can claim its profile or ask for it to be corrected or removed.

3. Your account

Each account belongs to a single company and is activated by us after a check. You must enter true information and keep it up to date. Your colleagues may use the account, but the company remains responsible for everything done with its credentials.

4. What is not allowed

Registering for a company you do not represent, entering false information, copying platform data in bulk, using the contacts you find to send spam or trying to bypass the site's security. In these cases we may suspend or close the account.

5. Subscriptions

The free plan costs nothing. Paid plans, described on the Pricing page, are paid in advance via Stripe and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account area: the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, which is not refunded.

6. Limitation of liability

• Spolu suggests possible contacts, but does not guarantee results and does not verify the reliability of the companies listed.
• Agreements made through Spolu concern only the companies involved: NetSasa is not a party to them and is not liable for them.
• The service may be interrupted for maintenance or external causes.
• Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, NetSasa is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit, and in any case its liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

7. Changes, law and jurisdiction

We may update these terms: we notify important changes by email 30 days in advance. You can close your account at any time by writing to info@spolu.it. Italian law applies and the Court of Ivrea (Italy) has jurisdiction. In case of doubt the Italian version prevails.
